In this volume, the reader will find a selection of rulings issued by the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland relating to Poland’s membership in the European Union and the place of EU law in the Polish legal order. The subject-matter has been recurrent in the jurisprudence of the Tribunal and was addressed in a considerable number of rulings. The rulings included here may be regarded as the most important and characteristic. They present issues that have been raised before the Polish constitutional court in the European context.
